ACCORD’s Community Action Angels will be providing free school supplies in mid-August to children living in Allegany County. Families in need should apply at the ACCESS Center, 84 Schuyler Street, Belmont, NY or call (585) 268-7605 ext. 1401 or ext. 1001. Priority is given to families whose incomes are at or below 125% of the Federal poverty level but all families in need are encouraged to apply.
Anyone who wishes to make a monetary donation or a donation of school supplies can contact Kristene at (585) 268-7605 ext. 1401. Donations are still needed. In 2018, Community Action Angels provided school supplies to 60 children, however Angel Volunteers have set a goal to serve 95 children this year, so please contact ACCORD today!
