Wellsville Police arrested David C. Aikens Jr., age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th. The charges stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Aikens was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Aikens is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 5th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Dakota B. Perry, age 21 of
Bolivar, NY, charging him with Assault 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on February 23rd in Wellsville.
Perry, who is currently incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail, was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Perry was returned to the Allegany County
Jail ON $2,500.00 Cash bail. Perry is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 19th.
