...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THURSDAY TO 11 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
  3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of less than one tenth of
  an inch expected.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus,
Allegany, and Southern Erie counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Thursday to 11 AM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

...WINTER STORM WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. A mixture of heavy sleet is also
possible. Total snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches with
  ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch possible.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Potter County. In New York,
Cortland, Tompkins, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga,
  Onondaga, Yates, Seneca and Southern Cayuga Counties.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could become difficult Thursday
afternoon through Friday morning. The hazardous conditions could
impact the evening commute on Thursday, and the morning commute
on Friday.
