Accept the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on October 22, 2018.

VISITORS:   Al, University Hill Townhouses (Re:  parking issues)

MAYOR’S BUSINESS:

1.      Request acceptance and approval of the Special Event Permit Application for the Chamber of Commerce’s “Holidays in the Village” 11/29/18 holiday parade and 12/6/18 Main Street sidewalk activities and fireworks.  Same as in previous years.

TRUSTEES’ BUSINESS:

1.      Request acceptance and approval of the vouchers as listed in the Abstract of Vouchers dated November 13, 2018.

2.      Consideration of Allegany County Tax Exemption for Persons over 65 Years of Age with Limited Incomes currently at a sliding scale maximum of $16,000 requesting a motion if unchanged or resolution if changed.

3.      Permission to deaccession a desktop Xerox Work Center Pro 416 copier at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
