Wellsville Police arrested Robert N. Young, 29, of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th. The charges stem from an
investigation into an incident that took place on School Street on November
2nd. Young was also charged with a
Violation of Probation Warrant. Young
was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice
Walsh. Young was committed to the
Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Young is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on November 20th at 4:30 p.m.
