Andover: Village seeks grants, residents to receive important survey

The Village of Andover is seeking grant funding to undertake planning and preliminary engineering design for improvements to its water system and the development of a public wastewater system.  The Village will be conducting a Household Characteristics Survey of all residents beginning November 5th.  The purpose of the survey is to document essential information to support an application for funding.  When you receive your survey in the mail, please return it in the self-addressed stamped envelope to RCAP Solutions.  RCAP Solutions, a not-for-profit organization, is helping with the survey at no cost to the Village.  We need a very high rate of return.  If RCAP does not receive enough surveys in the mail, residents will be called or visited to remind them of the need and importance of returning the completed survey.  Your participation is critical to showing we are eligible for funding that will help make these projects affordable.  The survey is completely confidential.  The Village of Andover will hold a public information meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Village Office starting at 5:30 p.m. prior to the Village Board meeting.
