PRESS RELEASE
On October 11, 2018, SP Amity Troopers arrested Juston W.
Conklin, 25, of Alfred, NY for Criminal Mischief, Endangering the Welfare of a
Child, and Harassment. Troopers responded to a report of a dispute in the town
of Friendship. Their investigation alleges Conklin had intentionally damaged
property and pushed another party while a child was present. Conklin was
arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court, and was released on his own
recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Friendship Town Court in December.
