Wellsville Police arrested Mark D. Green, age 56 of Alfred,
charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) and No Seatbelt
Driver. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Green was issued traffic citations and
released. Green is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on June 13th at 4:30 p.m.
