Angelica woman arrested during traffic stop in Wyoming County

While on patrol Wednesday at 11:19 p.m. on Route 77 in the Town of Bennington, Deputy A. J. PREVITY stopped Jenna R. Holly, 32 of Angelica, for speeding. Further investigation alleges that Holly had been consuming an alcoholic beverage within the vehicle. Holly was put through field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for D.W.I.  Holly was transported to the Warsaw police department for a breath test.   PREVITY issued Holly tickets for speeding, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, DWI and BAC above .08%.  HOLLY was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Bennington Court on a later date.
