On May 25 at 11:41 p.m., Troopers arrested Mark D. Sisson, 43 of Bolivar, for operating a UTV on public roadway, unregistered UTV, and Felony driving while intoxicated.
Sisson was stopped on ST-417 in the Village of Bolivar while operating his UTV in the roadway. While interviewing Sisson, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly present. Sisson was given standard field sobriety tests, which he failed. Sisson was processed at SP Amity where he recorded a 0.12% BAC. Sisson was charged with operating a UTV on public roadway, unregistered UTV, and Felony driving while intoxicated. The Felony DWI was charged because of prior convictions. Sisson was arraigned in the Town of Bolivar court where he was released on his own recognizance. Sisson to reappear in the Village of Bolivar June 2017.
