Phase 2 possible next week for Allegany County, Western New York

Keep your fingers crossed. If all holds together, Allegany County and the Western New York region could enter Phase 2 reopening by Tuesday. In a Tweet Friday by Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, she said "#WNY: Nothing has changed. As long as necessary metrics are sustained, Western New York would be eligible for Phase Two reopening as soon as Tuesday."
Gov. Cuomo gets the final vote. And fingers crossed that it is not as chaotic as Friday. Several regions, including Steuben County, were set to enter Phase 2 Friday, only to learn at 7:30 p.m. Thursday that the pause button was hit again...only to be undone...hours later.
Every elected official, business leader, blah, blah supports the reopening. WHAT WE ALL SUPPORT IS THE REOPENING OF BARBER SHOPS AND HAIR SALONS!
However, according to The Buffalo News... Hair salons and barber shops will not be permitted to offer services other than hair-cutting and coloring.
