COVID-19 Statistic Update
In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 1.53 million people, and there have
been 90,263 deaths. In New York State, there have been 351,371 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there
have been 21,251 deaths statewide with 106 deaths in the last 24 hours. As of 1:37 p.m. on May 18,
Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:
Confirmed Cases: 43
Recovered Cases: 33
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 612
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 584
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 28
