Shinglehouse Borough – Coudersport-based state police
responded to a violent crime in Shinglehouse. As a result, troopers
arrested Dillion Hunter Clarke, 20, of Shinglehouse. He was charged with felony
(F2) strangulation, felony (F1) aggravated assault for attempting to or causes serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, recklessly endangering another
person, two counts of simple assault and three counts of harassment with
physical contact. Clarke was arraigned Monday before Magisterial District Judge
Kari A. McCleaft and was remanded to Potter County Jail when he was unable to
post $50,000 cash bail. Clarke will return to court July 22nd for a
preliminary hearing.
Allegany Township – Pennsylvania State Police on
Monday filed a criminal complaint and issued a First Class summons for Josh
Leigh Torrey, 50, of Genesee, PA. The complaint charged him with recklessly
endangering another person, criminal mischief involving property damage and disorderly
conduct. The charged stem from an incident on June 13th. A
preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 5th at 10:15 a.m.
