Wellsville Police arrested Bryent A.K. Scotchmer, age 31 of Scio, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Maple Avenue on July 3rd. Scotchmer was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Scotchmer is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested James P. Regan, age 64 of Baltimore, MD, charging him with Trespass
(Violation). The charge stems from an
incident that took place at Microtel on West Dyke Street. Regan was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Regan is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 12th at 4:30 pm.
