New York State Police Blotter – July 13, 2025
7/13/25 8:19 p.m.- During a traffic stop on State
Route 417 in the Town of Wellsville, Amity-based state police arrested Timothy
J. Porcuri, 22, of Genesee, PA. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and
having a BAC above .08%. After processing, he was released on an appearance
ticket for court.
