Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
James A. Roulo, age 43 of Wellsville, with failure to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on July 8th on a previous Criminal Mischief 3rd
charge. Roulo was transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court, where bond was later set at $5,000 cash. Roulo is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested Robert J. Deppa, age 41 of Salamanca, Brandy N. Young, age 45 of
Salamanca, Daniel V. Ingerson, age 33 of Jamestown and Angellica L. Clark, age
30 of Jamestown, charging them each with 2 counts of Petit Larceny (Class A
Misdemeanor). The charges stem from
incident that took place at 7 Eleven on July 19th and July 21st. Deppa, Young, Ingerson and Clark were all
processed, issued appearance tickets and released. They are due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on August 12th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Skyanne D. Carpenter, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on West State Street on July 14th. Carpenter was processed and transported to
the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Carpenter is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Dustin A. Smith, age 37 of Wellsville, charging him with Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Circulation (Class A Misdemeanor) and Tourtuting or Injuring Animals/Failure to provide sustenance (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Scott Avenue. Smith was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
