Pennsylvania State Police Blotter – Coudersport Station

Sweden Township – The Coudersport Patrol Unit investigated a DUI-related crash on E 2nd Street at Struggle Lane. Troopers arrested Donald Jordon, 19, of Galeton. Police said it was a single-vehicle crash. According to a public information report, Jordon was traveling West of US Route 6 when the Ford Fusion left the right side of the roadway and struck a boulder. In addition to DUI, the driver was charged with unsafe driving.

Wharton Township – Pennsylvania troopers investigated a one-vehicle crash on First Fork Road. Police said the vehicle was traveling South, left the roadway, and went down an embankment. The driver was listed as Richard P. Nicka, 79, of Austin, PA. Suspected minor injuries were reported.

Harrison Township – Troopers were called to a two-vehicle crash on East Main, just West of State Route 49. The drivers were listed as Donald L. Willammee, 75, of Harrison Valley and Frank L. Empson, 76, of Westfield. Both drivers received suspected minor injuries. A 53-year-old Ohio woman was in the Empson vehicle and was not injured. Troopers said the vehicle operated by Williammee was Westbound and crossed the highway striking the second vehicle. He was issued a warning.

Pike Township – During a traffic stop on Route 6 E, troopers arrested Candi Smith, 37, of Gaines, PA. State police said it was determined the driver was DUI. She was charged with speeding, careless driving, DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shinglehouse - State police responded to a domestic dispute involving serious bodily injury on Old Ceres Road/High Street in Shinglehouse. Troopers arrested 20-year-old Dillion Hunter Clarke of Shinglehouse. He was charged with felony strangulation, felony aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, two counts of simple assault and three counts of harassment with physical contact. Clarke remains in the Potter County Jail on $50,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for July 22dn at 1:45 p.m. Troopers said the victims included a 20-year-old male from Shinglehouse, a 47-year-old female from Shinglehouse and a 48-year-old male from Bradford, PA.

Harrison Township – State police continue to investigate a theft by deception case. The victim is a 57-year-old man from Harrison Valley. Troopers said the man made a wire transfer to another person in the amount of $4,863.10.

Ulysses – Coudersport-based State Police responded to a call regarding the Ulysses Borough water tower being spray painted. The tower was observed to have several names and sexually explicit images spray painted on it. If any has information, contact PSP Coudersport at 814-274-8690.
