Strong storms with heavy radio crossed portions of Allegany County Monday afternoon.
The utility reported 20 outages as of early Monday evening. The town of Wellsville had 19 customers without power and Scio reported one. National Grid said the Wellsville customers should power restored by 7:45 p.m. and for Scio, 9:15 p.m. There was a fire at the National Grid substation on Route 19, just south of the Village of Wellsville.

RG&E reported reported 11 customers were without power in Wirt and 2 in Bolivar. No time from was available on power restoration.
