Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 49 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on April 26th on South Brooklyn Avenue. Fronczak was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
