Wellsville Police arrested Theresa A. Poehmel, age 46 of Wellsville, charging her with Burglary 3rd (Class D Felony) and Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Main Street on April 29th. Poehmel was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Poehmel is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
