Each year May is the American Legion Auxiliary poppy month. If you see poppies displayed, which are made by our veterans, a donation would be appreciated for the Poppy month. Please proudly wear the poppy to honor our deceased veterans.
Post 702 Sons of the American Legion is sponsoring a Ham and Leek Dinner on May 10th, 2025 serving 1-4pm for $15 per meal. Tickets are available from the Post bar or at the door day of the dinner.

May 16th, 2025 there will be a Karaoke night beginning at 7PM. This is open to the public.
Sunday, May 25th, 2025 11PM in front of Post 702 Unit 702 ALA will be doing our Unit 702 Auxiliary Memorial Deceased Members Service – Please feel free to join us.
Monday, May 26th, 2025 Memorial Day Services – Post 702 will be honoring deceased veterans at Veterans Memorial Park at 9:30am, then stop on Memorial Bridge to honor the deceased Navy and Coast Guard. The Memorial Day parade will begin at 10am and proceed down Main Street. If you have an organization that would like to participate in the parade, please call 585-593-5345 to sign up. There will be a parade chairman available to line everyone up. Legion Family will proceed to Woodlawn and Sacred Heart Cemeteries for services then back at Post 702 for a final service.
