Wellsville Police arrested Elisabeth A. James, age 37 of Belmont, charging her with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Moved from lane unsafely (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic accident that took place on Rauber Street. James was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. James is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 19th at 4:30 pm.
