Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Monday September 30, 2024 

Wellsville Police arrested Jason M. Becker, age 37 no permanent address, and Devon C. O’Hara, age 30 of Wellsville, following an incident that took place on South Main Street.  Becker was charged with Attempted Grand Larceny 4^th (Class E Felony), Criminal Mischief 2^nd (Class D Felony), Trespass (Violation), Harassment 2^nd (Violation) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd (Class D Felony).  O’Hara was charged with Attempted Grand Larceny 4^th (Class E Felony), Criminal Mischief 2^nd (Class D Felony) and Trespass (Violation).  O’Hara also was arrested on a Violation of Probation Warrant.  Becker and O’Hara were processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.  Becker and O’Hara are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
