Following a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Arcade, 37-year-old Mark R. Bell of Rushford was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. Bell was released to a licensed driver with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Arcade Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
