3/14/20 9:55am- After investigation an alleged sex offense in the village of Bolivar Friday afternoon, state police arrested Hannah V. Depp-Yates, 22, of Clarksville. She was charged with sexual misconduct involving an animal or human body. She was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
