Bolivar police charge man with sex crimes involving minors

On Monday March 9th, the Bolivar Police Department arrested 36-year-old Eric D. Robak of Bolivar for two counts of Forcible Touching, a Class A misdemeanor. The arrest stems from a lengthy investigation into separate complaints from two minor females alleging Robak inappropriately touched them without consent. Robak was processed and arraigned in Bolivar Village Court before the honorable Justice Calcagno and released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date. Orders of Protection were also issued for each of the victims.
