Wellsville Police arrested Megan, D. Lipyance, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/Child in vehicle and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. She was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Lipyance is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th
at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Gavin M. Outman, age 19 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony), Making
Graffiti, Possession of Graffiti Instruments and Conspiracy 5th. The charges stem from an investigation into
damage done to numerous street signs, guard rails, vehicles and traffic signal boxes
throughout the Village of Wellsville.
He will appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 25th at 4:30 p.m. This
investigation is pending and additional arrests and charges are expected.

Wellsville Police arrested Susan D. Miller, age 48 of
Bolivar, charging her with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from a complaint made by Park Plaza Liquors in
Wellsville. She was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released.
Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 25th at
4:30 p.m.
