2/1/20 11:47am- After investigate complaint in the Village of Bolivar filed january24th, State Police arrested Kerri L. Horning, 39, of Bolivar. She was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
2/1/20 10:05pm- Bath-based State Police arrested Bradley J. Dake, 40, of Galeton, PA. He was charged with resisting arrest stemming from an incident in the Town of Horseheads. He'll appear in court at a later date.
