On Sunday February 2, 2020 at 9:13 p.m. the Andover Police Department arrested Ronnie L Farrow, 64, of Andover NY for Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated DWI with BAC greater than >18% (.23) , Felony Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Under the New Bail Reform Law Ronnie was issued tickets and released to appear in Andover Town Court on February 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The Andover Police Department was assisted by the Alfred Police Department.
