Wellsville Police charged Thomas R. Wallace Jr, age 48 of
Scio, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (unclassified misdemeanor),
Unlicensed Operator, Operating without Insurance & Operating while
Registration Suspended or Revoked. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on Pleasant Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Wallace was issued traffic citations and released. Wallace is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 14th at 4:30 p.m.
