On Friday, SP Olean Troopers arrested Joshua K. Randall, 29, of Bolivar, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. He was also charged with driving while using a cell phone. During a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the city of Olean, Randall was allegedly found to be in possession of buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual strips for which he did not have a valid prescription. Randall was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Olean City Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
