3/7/19 2:26pm- State police arrested Mitchell M. Reid, 37, of Scio. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident reported Wednesday in the town of Scio. He was issued an appearance ticket for court and released.
3/7/19 9:50pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Suzanne M. Scott, 48, of Andover. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and unsafe turn/failure to signal. She will appear in court at a later date.
