Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force arrested four
individuals following an investigation into the alleged Manufacturing of
Methamphetamine (METH), in the Village of Warsaw.
Task Force Members were conducting surveillance in the East
Lot in Warsaw Thursday evening, and were able to allegedly observe a subject actively
cooking Methamphetamine in a stairwell at one address and then on a second
floor balcony at a different address. Based on those observations members
police applied for search warrants for both addresses and later executed
those warrants.
Marshall M. TUCKER, age 36, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was
arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a stimulant, Unlawful
Manufacturing of Meth, Criminal Possession of Precursors of Meth, Unlawful
Disposal of Meth Laboratory Material, Criminal Possession of Meth, and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child, as well as other Meth related charges. He
was committed to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
Jordan L. MCMURTRY, age 32, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was
charged with Criminal Possession of a Stimulant, Unlawful Manufacturing of
Meth, Criminal Possession of Precursors of Meth, Criminal Possession of Meth
Manufacturing Material, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She was
committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. When
MCMURTRY’S apartment was entered a small child was observed inside thus the
endangering charge being filed.
Aaron S. KNOWLES, age 32, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was
charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Meth, Criminal Possession of Precursors
of Meth, and Criminal Possession of Meth Manufacturing Materials. He was
committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
Justin P. MCINTYRE, age 24, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was
charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Meth, Criminal Possession of Precursors
of Meth, and Criminal Possession of Meth Manufacturing Materials. He was
committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
Members of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and Warsaw
Police Department assisted with the execution of the search warrants and the
subsequent arrests. The New York State Police C-CERT team assisted with
decontamination of the scene.
Additional charges are likely pending lab examinations of
several of the substances that were seized. The three men arrested reside at
one address while MCMURTRY resides at another.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force is a multi-agency unit
with members from the Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw, Perry, Attica, and Arcade
Police Departments, which all participate.
