3/21/19 1:45pm- After investigating a domestic dispute, state police arrested Brian J. Learn, 36, of Bolivar. He was charged with felony 3rd degree criminal mischief and lesser counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and harassment with physical contact.
3/21/19 5:45pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Warsaw, state police arrested John A. Spann, 71, of Perry. He was charged with 1st degree operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs and reckless driving.
