A man who has two driving while intoxicated convictions in less than eight years will not serve any prison time. In Allegany County court Friday, 54-year-old Scott Stocker of Chaffee was sentenced to three years conditional discharge after being convicted of felony driving while intoxicated. He was also fined $1,000, ordered to pay a $520 surcharge, attend a victim impact panel, install an ignition interlock, continue in treatment and have a license suspension for one year. Stocker drove while drunk on State Route 19 in Hume on November 2, 2018.
