Brandon M. Augsbury, 25, Geneseo, NY, was arrested March 4, charged with Assault 2nd Degree, causing injury to a child less than 7 years of age and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Augsbury was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. Augsbury will answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Newburg, 25, Limestone, NY, was arrested February 28, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd Degree, Tampering With Physical Evidence and a motor vehicle equipment violation. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Newburg was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash bail.
Kayla B. Taylor, 21, Limestone,
NY, was charged February 28, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th Degree and following LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the
Livingston County Jail on $150 cash bail.

on February 28. Vabulas was released on
