Wellsville Police arrested Lacy L. Small, age 61, currently
residing at the Allegany County Jail, charging him with Criminal Contempt
2nd. The charge stems from an incident
that took place in October of 2018.
Small was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Small was returned to the
Allegany County Jail and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on December
4th at 4:30 p.m.
