Weekend filled events at The Palmer in Cuba


On Friday, November 9 at 7 p.m., Brothers McClurg and OCC Worship. Brothers McClurg is a traveling version of your church's worship team with many players and faces each adding to what God is doing in times of worship. Tickets are $15 presale and $18 at the door. Coffee, water and snacks offered. The Palmer Event Center in Cuba is a vintage theater located in New York. This historic theater is steeped with rich character and details of another era. Palmer Event Center was built in 1867, and after a long and rich history fell into disrepair and restoration began in 2006 by the Cuba Friends of Architecture, the non-profit organization charged with maintaining the historic venue. Proceeds from this class will benefit the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the historic venue.

On Saturday, November 10 at 7 p.m. Penny Whiskey. With Irish, Scottish music with homegrown bluegrass and folk. Admission is $10. Irish food served with separate food tickets for sale. Irish stew with Colcannon and desserts. 50/50 raffle.
The Palmer is pleased to announce a Nettie White Production on Sunday, November 11 at 2 p.m. Featuring the area’s greatest local talent! Snacks, coffee, water and soda available for purchase. Admission is by donation. All donations benefit The Palmer.
