NEWS RELEASE

Simeon A. Marshall, 20, Syracuse, NY, was arrested November 1, charged with Assault 2^nd Degree, Grand Larceny 4^th Degree and Robbery 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Marshall was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond.  Marshall will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Catherine M. Marinkovich, 22, Leicester, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2^nd Degree on November 1.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Marinkovich was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Marinkovich will answer charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.

Alex L. Drake, 24, Perry, NY, was arrested November 2, charged with Failure to Report Change of Address/Status as a Registered Sex Offender and following LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Bail on no bail.  Drake will address charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Steven J. Teeter, 32, Belmont, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, No/Inadequate Plate Lamp and Operating a Trailer without a Registration Plate. Teeter was released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

William W. Pritchard, 38, Canaseraga, NY, was charged November 3, with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% of Greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1^st Degree and Unlicensed Operator.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Pritchard was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.  Pritchard will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Amber L. Sanders, 35, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree on November 3, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Jataaz D. Lovett, 24, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on November 3, and was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Kyle W. Shaffer, 34, Penfield, NY, was charged November 3, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.  Shaffer will address charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Debra A. Robinson, 46, Lakeville, NY, was charged November 3, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and No/Inadequate Exhaust.  Robinson was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Tracey D. Masten, 58, Dansville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unsafe Backing on November 1.  Masten will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Andrea M. Burns, 28, Piffard, NY, was arrested and charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child on November 2, and following LC-CAP arraignment was released on her own recognizance to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Robert A. Desandro, 64, Addison, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Failure to Signal on November 3.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Desandro was released on his own recognizance to appear in answer to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Owen R. Lowry, 31, Geneseo, NY, was arrested and charged with Assault 2^nd Degree on November 3.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Lowry was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.  Lowry will reply to charges in Groveland own Court on a later date.

Melissa L. Ripley, 29, Hemlock, NY, was arrested November 4, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Speeding.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Ripley was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.  Ripley will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Jason D. Nowak, 39, Bloomfield, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Speeding on October 26.  Nowak will address charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Joseph R. Dexter, Piffard, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs/Alcohol Combination, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Moving from Lane Unsafely on October 25.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Dexter was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1,000 property Bond.  Dexter will respond to charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Anastaseos Doherty, 35, Painted Post, NY, was charged November 5, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Doherty was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Ashley F. Hall, 28, Nunda, NY, was charged with Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree on November 5.  Hall was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Justin L. Hall, 32, Nunda, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Use Designated Lane and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on November 5.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hall was released on his own recognizance to report to Avon Town Court to address charges.

Leona R. Thomas, 46, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and No/Inadequate Tail Lamps.  Thomas will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Robert J. Proctor, 55, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol  .08% or Greater and Improper Right Turn on November 3.  Proctor will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Crystal E. Greene, 28, Dansville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on November 6, and was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Morgan R. Terwilliger, 23, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs/Alcohol Combination and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree on November 6.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Terwilliger was released on her own recognizance to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Karissa M. Faro, 31, Livonia, NY, was arrested November 6, charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, three counts of Criminal Sale of Marihuana 5^th Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana .  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Faro was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond. Faro will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Barbara D. Faro, 51, Livonia, NY, was arrested November 6, charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and Criminal Sale of Marihuana 5^th Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Faro was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property bond.  Faro will respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Theresa E. Fisher, 27, Lima, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Failure to Dim Lights.  Fisher will reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Joseph W. Lacey, 86, Caledonia, NY, was arrested November 1, charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.

Jennifer N. Gill, 23, Clyde, NY, was charged November 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Gill was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Ryan C. Parkinson, 20, Springwater, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Dim Lights on November 7.  Parkinson was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Kimberly H. Altoft, 34, Avon, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on November 7, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Hunter M. Passage, 18, Leroy, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired-Combination of Drugs and Alcohol and Moving From Lane Unsafely.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Passage was released on his own recognizance to satisfy charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date.

Phillip J. Johantgen, 34, Jesup, GA, was arrested November 8, on an Arrest Warrant from Wayne County, Georgia.  Johantgen is ordered held in the Livingston County Jail pending extradition to Georgia.
