On Wednesday October 31st, 2018 Cuba Police arrested Mary C. Derx-Robinson, 55, of Cuba at approximately 11a.m. Derx-Robinson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Derx-Robinson was issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Derx-Robinson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. No photo as our livescan equipment was down for maintenance.
