Bolivar man faces criminal charges in McKean County

A Bolivar man is facing criminal charges in McKean County, PA after he allegedly threatened a Shinglehouse man via telephone. A 24-year-old man who lives on State Route 44 in Ceres Township made the complaint to Pennsylvania troopers against Derek Foss, 25, of Bolivar. Foss is currently in jail in New York State. Magisterial District Judge William Todd issued the warrant for Foss, charging him with making terroristic threats with the intent to cause terror and harassment.
