On November 14, 2018, SP Amity Troopers arrested Kenneth G. Barth, 53, of Belfast, NY for Criminal Trespass.
Troopers responded to a report of an unwanted person entering a home on Main Street on Belfast and allege Barth had entered his neighbor’s residence without permission.
Barth was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Belfast Town Court later this month.
