State police Sunday morning arrested Rose M. Bickford, 36, of Friendship, NY for felony 1st degree Criminal Contempt and Harassment with physical contact. Troopers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the town of Friendship. Their investigation alleges that Bickford had violated an order of protection and struck another person. Bickford was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court, and was remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500 bail. She is scheduled to reappear in Friendship Town Court in December.
