Wellsville Police acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Deonte D. Smith, age 42 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on April 3rd. Smith was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
