On 05/08/2025 Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrested CODY J. BURCH, age 38 of Cuba, NY and KELSEY BURCH, age 29 on warrants issued from the Town of Cuba Court for a Violation of Probation. CODY BURCH and KELSEY BURCH were taken to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court
