8/14/20 2pm- State Police arrested Robert H. Lytle, 25, of Friendship. He was charged with felony grand larceny of a weapon, felony grand larceny of a credit card and two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny. The charged stem from an incident in the village of Belmont reported on December 19, 2019. On August 7th, Tyler J. Fisk, 28, of Belmont was charged with the same crimes.
