Wellsville woman faces drug charges

A Wellsville woman faces drug charges after she was arrested on North Union Street in Olean. 22-year-old Skyanne D. Carpenter was charged by State Police with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving packaging material as well as aggravated unlicensed operation. She was issued appearance tickets for court and released.
