Wellsville Police arrested Griffin L. Bussard, age 18 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on South Brooklyn Avenue on February 8th.
Bussard was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Bussard was released and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Wesley E. Houghtaling, age 33 of
Hornell, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on February 14th. Houghtaling was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Houghtaling was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested John M. Kraus, age 51 of
Friendship, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
on February 17th. Kraus was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Kraus is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd at 4:30
p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Victoria L. Stormer, age 49 of
Wellsville, charging her with Trespass.
The charge stems from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart on
January 22nd. Stormer was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Stormer was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
