On Friday January 31st, 2020, after an alleged domestic dispute in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Russell S. Brant, 42, of Cuba. Brant was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (Misdemeanor). He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Cuba Court at a later date.
Also arrested was Barbara A. Brant, 27, of Cuba. She was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor). Brant was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Cuba Court at a later date.
