Belmont man charged with forcible rape, other serious crimes

What began as a domestic dispute in Amity Friday morning, ended with a Belmont man charged with wide-ranging and serious crimes. State Police arrested Jordon H. Mullings, age 29. He was charged with first-degree rape by forcible compulsion (class B felony) and second-degree residential burglary (class C felony). He was also charged with the following misdemeanor crimes: menacing, unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing. Arraigned in court, he was remanded to the Allegany County in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
